Cmans Androl And Prop Cycle

Hey guys, cycle officially started this evening. Took a month off the gym spent the last couple weeks easing myself into it. Hard not to go all out for the first couple of days. Although the month off felt really good, I was so spent from training so hard. Starting this one with a clear head. So here it is.

test prop 500mg/wk@6weeks
anadrol 50mg/day@6weeks

Did my first injection tonight, a little worried about the soreness tommorow. Last cycle was Sustanon (sust) and eq, injection site pain was hit and miss....but overall bearable.

Shot about half an hour ago, felling a little bit of itchiness, heated the gear up in the pin with a blow dryer.

Stats right now are:

5'11''
203lbs
10%bf

I know I should change my stats that show up when I post, those were after my previous cycle. Ended up with e coli really bad, dropped about 35lbs. Gained 10 or so back or the last few months.

Trying to gain a little leaner this time around. I put more bf on last time than I wanted to, ended up around 17% after last cycle. felt like a blob.

Running .5mg of liquidex daily for the bloat, I know it won't do much for the anadrol, but I am hoping it helps.

I have used anadrol before, but thid is my first time with prop. I am injecting 100mg EOD.
 
I was initially worries about injection pain from the prop, but my delt feels fine, a little tender....but I also worked shoulders yesterday. Hopefully I continue with minimal discomfort like this.

I was however a little shaky this morning, wondering if it was the anadrol?
 
Just came back from a half hour cardio session, probably going to stick with cardio 3 times per week for a half hour each on off training days. I wish I had time to do it in the morning.
 
Just about to do my second injection, 100mg of prop. Was just going over my diet on fitday, I am averaging about 3000cals right now, 300g protein, 190g of carbs and 90g of fat.

Today was my day off, did cardio yesterday. I am running a two day split this week, I notice a little better gains when off but next week I am thinking of switching it to a three day split now that I have that recovery aid.

Just finished my shot tonight, I am really glad I have yet to feel any injection site pain. I might up the anadrol dosage after this week....see how I feel.
 
I was a little dead at the gym tonight, what pisses me off is I was so full of energy earlier and couldn't wait to get to the gym, lost all focus. It was still somewhat productive though.

Diet is dead on...I have never been determined with my diet, and now that I have tried it a few times its becoming pretty easy and not such ma nuissance.

Week one almost over, I assume the anadrol will be kicking in soon. Guess I will find out when it comes time to match mondays #'s

Yeah, usually takes me 7-10 days to really notice the strength increases from anadrol. You should definitely start seeing them materialize this coming week.
 
woke up with a sore delt this morning at the injection site....weird considering my last injection was the night before. The reason I worry about injection site soreness is due to the type of work I do, it requires me to be in awckward postions for long periods of time.

Yesterday at the gym was a little more productive than I thought. Feeling really tight and sore this morning.

I started with a 2 day split this week...not sure what the outcome would be, it looks like this:

I would usually do at least 3 excersises per muscle group at around the 8-10 rep range, even though I have significantly dropped the amount of working sets(keep in mind I am still going heavy) I feel it the next day. I will continue with lower volume and see how it works for me. Although I might add an extra day in there considering I am cranking.
 
I love cheat meals, I just went to east side mario's and ate like a fucking hors....all the bread and ceasar salad you can eat, along with nothing better that linguine chicken tettrazzini, can anyone say carb overload!!

Anyway, Just finished my fourth injection of the week, so far so good. I usually get really bad water retention from test, and knew that liquidex would not help much if any with the anadrol, I have been taking .5mg of liquidex from the first day of injection, and I don't know if its because I completely revamped my diet, but I am looking hard in the mirror. The mental realization of being on gear is kicking in. I am starting to feel alot better while training.

Like I said earlier, I can't wait to see if there are improvements in my #'s on monday.
 
Trained today:

incline bench 2 warm up 2sets of 8
hammer bench 2x8
dips 3xfailure

hammer shoulder press 2x8
lateral raises 2x10

skullcrushers 2x10
tricep pushdowns 1x10

I think I might alternate from a low volume week to high volume week keeping the same excersises.

My #'s are already up after week 1
skullcrushers went from 80lbs to 90lbs
I kept the same weight for my benching, but got alot more reps....upping the weight next chest session.

Going to do my first shot of the week in a couple hours, so far all shots have been smooth. The scale says I am up 10lbs, but as much as I hate to say it...waterweight.
 
trained cardio today for 45mins, Fuck I hate cardio!! INjection went well lastnight, although when I pulled the pin out I bled like a virgin all down my arm and onto the floor, As my g/f just stood there. Anyway, must have hit a blood vessel.

Today willl be the 7th day, so far so good. Really impressed with the strength gains. Starting to look a little bulkier too. As of now bp is still normal, no headaches or anything...I am running hawthorne berry, celery seed, ala, and milk thislte.
 
Don't know why, but all of a sudden I am starting to get injection site pain. Nthing unbearable, but I can definetly feel it, especially during a workout.
 
Did my first glute shot tonight, all went smooth. Trained back, bi's and abs tonight. Had to stop myself, it was one of those nights that you just want to keep going. Didn't notice any major weight increases, but my reps are getting higher, which in turn means add more weight.
 
Still sitting up about 10lbs, going to train legs in about half an hour....I dread leg day. I always feel sick and lathrgic after legs. Have another glute shot tonight. I was shooting quite frequently in the delts, but had to switch injection sites. They were hard lumps in my delts. But after a few day the oil dissipates and it goes away.

Its taking me next to no time to recover, I have not been sore from training in the last 5 days or so, Going to try a little higher volume next week, see how I feel. I LOVE to overtrain.(j/k somthing I really have to watch).
