hey i am a 19 year old 6'4'' 200 lbs LEFT HANDED PITCHER who plays college baseball. My fastball topp out at about 84 mph and throw consistantly 80-83 but I want to throw harder. I've tried everything...protein, creatine, glutamine, BCAA's a great diet and training hard. I am not getting the results I need and want. I obviously want to get stronger and bigger and am now considering about taking SUSTANON 250 cycle and DIANABOL 4 week cycle. Is this a good mixture and will it give me the results i need to get stronger, bigger (but not too too big because i need to be able to throw) and ripped and gain speed on my fastball? What side effects do I have to worry about? I am a competitive person but i dont snap easy so will i get "roid rage"...I am going to take ARIMADEX after I am done both cycles...please give me some advice and help me out and please be honest with me...

also...im only interested in doing 1 cycle for both and how long do you reccomend i take each supplement for?

thanks

Well bro, you came to the right place.
Unfortunately im gonna say your a bit young for steroids. Taking steroids at such a young age can prematurely close your growth plates and further limit your progress as a developing young man. Im not going to tell you the risks you chance using them for sports enhancing purposes, just because you know what will happen if you get caught. If you are hell bent on doing them, read up through the Ology steroid articles as well as through the forum. You will learn alot this way. Further more steroids aren't supplements, and post cycle therapy usually consists of either nolvadex, clomid or both to successfully block estrogen and help restore normal "free test" after the cycle. IMO eat some more food, and wait about 6-7 more years, your not done growing bro.

Teutonic is right, your young. you are 6-4 so i guess you dont really care about getting taller. I would eat good and train hard for a few months and hit 220 before i turn to AAS.

good luck playing COLLEGE Baseball if on cycle... they test like crazy, especially Big Ten.

Ur 19... wait 3-5 years.

So what would you guys say is a good age to start ?
I was thinking about doing it next year when i am 22 , 200lb and with low Bf.

I think throwing weighted balls eod may help more than a cycle would, look at that chapman kid on the reds, he threw 104 the other day. And he's a bean pole..

Guys are giving you good advice telling you not to do it. But since I know you're going to anyways, I'll steer you to 'safer' choices.

You're a pitcher...the tendons in your throwing arm and shoulder are under insane stress as a result. Therefore, you have stick to cycles that will be friendly to your rate of collagen synthesis. (I KNOW you haven't done enough homework to know WTF I'm talking about here...so I'll break it down).

There have been a lot of studies that show exogenous (means not produced by you) testosterone suppresses the rate of collagen synthesis. This isn't a good thing, as collagen is one of the main components of tendon tissue. So what you end up with are weakening tendons being pulled on harder and harder by strengthening muscles...which is tendonitis or worse (a serious tear) waiting to happen.

How do you combat that? You do so by keeping your dose of test low, and stacking it with an anabolic that increases the rate of collagen synthesis. The anabolics that increase collagen synthesis are deca, EQ, anavar, and primobolan. Out of these, your choice should be limited to primobolan and/or anavar, as they have reasonably short detection times post-use; deca can show up on a test a year and a half after using, and EQ a year after using. Since your goal is college ball at a higher level, you can't afford to risk it.

Of course, if you want to really give your connective tissues a boost, and you can afford it, GH would be a fantastic addition.

Ok, I've pointed you in the right direction. Now you have A LOT of homework to do on your own to confirm what I've said (you're not stupid enough to blindly trust what some stranger on the internet posted, I hope?). Good luck.
