I'm 2 weeks into a cycle of Test 400 & Decca 200 for 12 weeks, plus D-bol 35 for 4 weeks. I'm 52, have done some oral cycles before, first with injectables. 5'9, 165#, 19% fat.
Got a free introductory workout with a new trainer who suggested core training (the routines with a lot of balancing and using multiple muscles at a time).
I just changed my workout to a 5-day split to go with the cycle. Chest/Back/Thighs/Day off/Shoulders & Tris/Calves & bis.
Has anyone out there done or know of someone who did core training rather than a more classic routine while on a cycle?
I was thinking the core training could be a good change/shock to the system at the end of the cycle.
