MANOWAR New member Oct 1, 2006 #5 You can throw in some squats during back day. When I was too busy to do legs I just did the following on back day: Heavy deads Light bb rows Front squats Hip ab/ad DB curls Legs are still sore. Anyway that looks good, just don't lift if you're sore.

I had no problems in college training everything. Maybe if you have kids or a wife things could be harder. I even had a pt job during college. Most people like 97% of people say they dont have time but they could.
