Could i do this for this weekend?

Im kind of running short on time, my gym at school sucks balls, so i was thinking of doing this........ Sunday: back/bi's Monday Chest/ Tris,


What you all think?
 
You can throw in some squats during back day.

When I was too busy to do legs I just did the following on back day:
Heavy deads
Light bb rows
Front squats
Hip ab/ad
DB curls

Legs are still sore.

Anyway that looks good, just don't lift if you're sore.
 
If you are strapped for time:

Day 1: Chest/Delts/Tri/Back

Day 2: Bi/Foreamrs/Legs

Repeat.
Stick to Compound exercises

I had no problems in college training everything. Maybe if you have kids or a wife things could be harder. I even had a pt job during college.

Most people like 97% of people say they dont have time but they could.
 
mate it'll be fine, chet and triceps and back and biceps are opposite movements anyway so they wont really effect each other.

I really can't see the problem!!
