criticise my 5times 5 routine

am doing a 5times 5 routine as follows : day1: chest : incline barbell press:5times 5
flat dumbell press 2 sets
dips 2sets
flat dumbell flyes 3sets
pullover 2sets
day2:back ; deadlift 5sets
wide lat pull downs 2sets
fron pull downs 2sets
close grip pull downs 2sets
seated rows 2sets
bent over rows 2sets
one hand rows 2sets
day3 rest
day4 ;bi and tri
straight bi curls 5 sets
preacher curls 2sets
dumbell curls 2 sets
skull crushers 5 sets
rope extensions 2sets
behind the back dumbell extension 2sets
forearms : 3sets of reverse curls
day5:shoulders ,,military press 5sets
front raises 2 sets
side laterals 2sets
front raises 2sets
upside rows 5sets
shrugs 2sets
day6: legs squats 5 sets
leg extensions 2sets
leg curls 2sets
calfs : standing raises 5 times 15 then day 7 rest ,,so what do u think
 
Your back day hurt my head reading it and if I tried it, more than my head would hurt. WAY too much shit in there. I didn't read any further because the format sucks so bad--lol.

I dont like the idea of doing 5x5 especially when doing legs or shoulders for example. Cause that's a shit load of weight and I can really feel it in my knees. I'd get an injury a lot faster if I did 5x5, I usually try and keep it to 10reps or 15for squats, but to all it's own.
