critique my lean mass diet (3J if you're out there!)

Age: 29
Weight: 185 lb
Height: 5'10"
BF: 14% (guess)
Goals: 12%BF & 200 lb

Upcoming Cycle: Test E x 12 wks + dbol x 4 wks
BMR = 1910 calories
TDEE = 3300 calories (hard exercise 1.725)

Training: Weights 3 days/wk, HIIT 3 days/wk, 1 rest day

Total daily caloric intake: 3000
Macros (P/C/F): 300g/225g/100g

I'm a mesomorph, but a little sensitive to carbs.

Any feedback is appreciated!

Looks pretty good to me. You could go lower on your fats if you wanted to and up the carbs a little bit. But if you have things worked out to how you like them (food and such) then this diet looks sufficient. Remember to gauge your progress and recalculate your TDEE every so often. With more mass comes a higher maintenance, and you'll need to add to keep gaining. Good luck brah!
