Critique my cycle

This will be my first cycle. I've read the beginners cycle thread already about running Test E and dbol. My source only had test cyp so I have to deal with, what I have for now. This dosing was put together by a co-worker that has run many cycles, but I am unsure if I should listen to him or not. I am currently doing EP work, per the clients request they have asked that I get bigger, if not I will be pulled from my current assignment.

PCT: Anastrozole, Nolva, and Clomid

Heres my diet:

Meal 1
6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
1 in a half cup of plain grits
1/2 whey protein 1/2 casein shake

Meal 2
6-7oz chicken breast
1 medium to large sweet potato

Meal 3
6-8oz of lean meat
1 cup of whole oats

Meal 4
6-7oz of lean meat
cup of broccoli
1 small sweet potato

Meal 5 (pre workout)
Whey protein
1 cup of whole oats

(post workout)
Whey protein shake

Meal 6 ( 30-45 mins after shake )
Ground turkey with asparagus
1 medium sweet potato

Meal 7 ( not a meal to me but what every )
Casein protein or cottage cheese



Can and will post workout routine if needed.

Disregard the advice regarding deca implementation offered by your friend. Peruse the potential for sides associated with testosterone before implementing 19-nor's. Doses below 400mg are an injudicious use of funds anyways. Have more overlap on Test Cyp. Increase Test dosage to 500mg.

The diet indicates a good preliminary base but, the increase of caloric intake would facilitate gains appreciably.
 
That's a pretty solid diet!

Those are foods I definitely try to eat on a regular basis.

I'll drop the Deca and up the dosages to 500mg. Also increase the caloric intake, I figured I would need to do this anyways. I appreciate your input greatly.

Thank you, I understand that your diet plays a huge role in cutting and bulking so I do my best to stay on track. I do have if not heres a definition courtesy of wikipedia:

I'm really suprised a protection company would hire and then ask you to bulk up for the job.

I was hired to do to some work at the clients home and then promoted to the travel team. Once I was promoted to the travel team, I had plenty if face to face interaction with the client. The client feels that anything bad were to happen I wouldnt be able to keep them from harms way because im not big enough. So a superior spoke with the client and agreed on a date that if I did not gain any mass that I would be pulled from the travel team. If I am pulled from the travel team I would have a 25% pay cut due to that. Sorry if this doesn't make sense I'm typing this up on my phone.

On a side note does anyone have some suggestion on my post cycle therapy (pct)? My Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is arimidex and I was going to run clomid. Should I also run nolva just to be safe or will I been fine with just clomid alone?

Clomid alone will be suffice. Run it at 50mg ED for 3-4 weeks.
