I've been working out this way for almost as long as i've been lifting. Wondering if you guys could give me some pointers and let me know if i should change anything.
Day1- Chest
Day2- Bis and Tris
Day3- Back and Shoulders
Day4- Legs
Cardio 2 days a week
I change it up every now and then to continue getting gains.
