Hey guys I wanted to share a super easy mean that lasts about 4 days of dinner. I barely have any time and or are really exhausted so i wanted to share this recipe.
So a few weeks ago. I Made someones recipe of chicken breast black beans and salsa slow cooker recipe. It turned out not too bad!
But Not my style of taste.
So I created a decent curry. And it's really delicious!
Easy recipe:
1 package of curry seasoning. I'll get the brand for you later. but it measures in 50 gram bags. (USE ONLY HALF A BAG!!)
1 can of light coconut milk- you can pick this up at trader joes.
1 decent size sweet potato.
4 Large chicken breasts- I got these frozen from sams club. Tyson brand.
4 carrots.
couple dashs of soy sauce.
minced garlic.
slice sweet potato in 1 inch thick slices
cut carrots so they sound boil down so 4 inch slices
NOW:
Throw everyhthing together. Cook in crockpot on high for 6 hours.
Eat with a salad.
Best post workout meal with no cooking just prepping.
