New to anabolics but not new to training, and dieting. basic info; im 6'0 205lb 38yrs old with 16-20% body fat (only tested with hand held machine...no idea how accurate they are) I recently purchased test c and deca and am in my second week. im starting out with 1ml of deca and 2ml of test per week. My dieting consists of eggs, lean meats, protein shakes, yams, greens. my exercise is crossfit or bootcamp based, deadlifts, squats, bench, shoulders, wall balls, timed and based off percentages of my previous max.
questions
1- how will I know if the product I purchased is a good product? its unfortunate but there are so many bootleg companies its an honest concern, what are some physical symptoms after a few weeks of being on these products? how can I tell if there legit?
