crunchy sound ???

jk try wrapping your knee, if it still hurts go to a doctor asap you dont wanna fuck up your knees to bad... it'd be kinda hard to squat in a wheelchair...
 
I may look into wrapping it I'd jsut feel like a tard wrappnig my knees with 225 on the bar...lol

maybe do 5-10 mins of cardio before my warmup sets??

wrap them.
wrapping your knee is no different than wearing a belt- you need it for safety. if you want links to articles from some very well respected squatters and lifters i can provide them, but they will say that you should wrap your knees starting at aprox. 80% of your max OR IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY TYPE OF KNEE PROBLEM.

dude...i wore kneewraps when i was throwing three plates a side...its worth it...it gives ya more power out of the hole too
