Cutting and Bulking?

I am currently in the middle of a bulking cycle. However it is about time for bathing suit body for me this means ABS i am so close to having a six pack i can taste it 9 pct body fat . I am training abs 3-5 times a week i train them to failure to build muscle. I was wondering if it would be ok to take a supplement ANIMAL CUTS ripped and shredded while i was in this bulking cycle. the only reason i see it may be bad is it says it draws the water out of your body. any input or advice?
 
Fuck, we can buy Ephedrine in supplement stores in Canada (legally)..... u have to be able to buy it in the US! lol!

And Caffeine and Aspirin... at your local pharmacy next to the Trojans!

CuriousBad... lately I've only seen it all sold individually.... ephedrine is usually pretty cheap at suppl. stores.

I found the ECA better than the Clen.... when combined with a good diet and a crazy cardio program.... but thats just me!
 
ephidrine is a meth pre cursor and you have to sign for fkn sinus pills..
but you can .50 calibre rounds all day...
 
Up here in the North.....

It's usually sold as Ephedrine (Oral Nasal Decongestant) 8mg/ pill. 50 pills a bottle and runs about $5 a bottle.... dirt cheap, works like a charm when combined with caffeine and aspirin.... gets used to some of the sides from it. LOL

I have no idea if its legal in the US... I know there was big legality deal over ephedrine years back as a diet supplement.

I know what my dosages are, but everybody is different. I'm sure someone on this site can help you out with starting off on it. Do a search on the forum for "ECA Stack"... I'm sure you'll get lots of solid info and get most of your questions answered.

my diet varies a lot i have no set diet. I was following the Paleolithic diet if anyone is familiar with that but i was not seeing much gains so i just started eating a lot more.

during the week i eat more healthy than the weekends when im at work every three hours i eat a 12 oz can of tuna or chicken with mayo and relish Meals at home may consist of grilled chicken or fish i cook it on a frying pan in olive oil i read that was a good source of fat. after workouts i mix a weight gainer about 600 calories and a muscle milk. all i drink is water and milk. however on the weekends i do drink quite a bit of alcohol. before i increases my diet i was roughly eating about 3k calories 100g fat 35g sat fat 275g carbs and about 230g protein but now i have not been keeping track its a lot more though. should i be avoiding carbs or fatty foods more or both?
