Cutting cycle for type 1 Diabetic

Hi

I am a 32 yr. started my first cutting cycle 1 ml Test Monday, 0.5ml Tren on Tuesday and Clenbutarol 40 mg twice a day.My sugar levels gone rocket high and also feel very shaky

last 2 weeks I am on a salad and boiled eggs diet throughout my day...

Spinach, tomato, green apple and pomegranate salad throughout my day all in raw form
5 boiled eggs each day

1 scoop of protein isolate shake before and after work out.. I am 5"5' and 157 lbs.

Need help on my sugar levels... where am I going wrong...please help

The test/tren can elevate sugar levels, especially in a diabetic, but the clen I can almost guarantee is causing you to feel shaky. I would drop the clen and eat a proper diet for your condition. Tren will help take off the fat without the use of clen if your diet is in check.

As you probably already know, as a type 1 diabetic you can cause yourself substantial damage by not controlling your levels. You may also want to consider adding cinnamon extract.

Thanks .. I will drop clen and add cinnamon to my diet... will update after a week :)
 
how about adding some carbs to my diet??
You need some carbs, but with type 1 diabetes, as you know, it is a balancing act. Adding carbs with an insulin issue may help or hinder your progress, it's anybodies guess. And you really do not want to guess.

I would highly suggest you hit up 3J. He is extremely knowledgable in diet/training and has worked with individuals inflicted with a wide range of chronic diseases. In a matter of minutes he can tell you what weeks of research wil not.
 
got my BCA done today following are the results..

Ht 5".5 1/2
wt. 152.2
Body Mass Index (BMI) - 24.9
Body Fat% 22.3%
Muscle Mass 38.6%
Resting Metabolic Rate - 1629
Visceral fat % 8%
 
The last thing you need is test/tren. 152lbs and 22% body fat is terrible! Come on.. That means you have 120lbs of lbm which is less than some women.. I don't get what you're trying to achieve here.. You're eating salads at 152lbs but is on test/tren? That makes no sense..

My goal is to cut down on bally fat and target fat % 17%
 
Id go test only
drop the god dam clen

i dont like the diet. you should know what your doing by now in life being a type 1. several balanced meals throughout the day. that salad aint shit. monitor your sugar and stay away from food that will spike it. im no expert in this area but that diet is awful

Hi today is my last week of this cycle.. after a week I am starting on a T3 cycle. My sugar levels are controlled.

got My BCA done
wt. 152.2
Body Mass Index (BMI) - 24.9
Body Fat% 21
Muscle Mass 39.1%
Resting Metabolic Rate - 1636
Visceral fat % 8%

any idea if T3 alone is good.. Target is to get Body fat % 17%

Would Appreciate your responses :)
