Cutting for final month of cycle

So last year I did a natty cut and was able to drop 17 pounds in 1 month. I ate 1500 cals and only did cardio when I ate over that. Now I'm in the first month of a test cycle with tbol starting and anavar ending the cycle. I've got some t3, and clen.

I'm thinking of using weeks 8 - 12 to cut, then eat a maintenance during pct. Probably stacking some sarms like s4/osta/gw along with t3/clen/teste/var. I really want to go low like 1000 cals. I shouldn't loose any muscle while cutting and then eating maintenance during pct should help get gains.

Opinions?

What your doing is sabotaging your mass gain cycle. Why in the world after only 8 weeks of mass gain would you want to start dieting. Run your cycle all the way through. Then after your pct and you stop loosing weight because you will loose some, start your cutting cycle. Your not the first to mention this and wont be the last but be smart about what your trying to accomplish.

Good luck

I always see threads where people have suggested it. Can't find anyone who's done it and confirmed the outcome, win or loose. In theory doesn't it make sense? Anticatabolic on cycle to prevent muscle lose and them ramping up cals during pct not to loose too much.

You'll see the word homeostasis thrown around. It's not broscience, your body legitimately needs to adjust to the fact that it's carrying 5, 10 or 20 pounds more muscle.

U don't think ur gonna lose any muscle on 1000 cals a day??? wow

Ur gonna lose a shitload of muscle, that's if u got that much to begin with... cutting is most effective when done over a 12-16 week period, not some crash-course 4-weeker

I think you could lean out and not lose muscle on 3k well planned calories. I did. Check with 3J and don't sabotage yourself.

Last year I dropped 17 pounds on, dhp, tt33, dexaprene , lean extreme, (all otc) eating 1500 cals a day and didn't loose muscle. At that was on "some crash-course 4-weeker" I've heard guys on cycle practically starving themselves on cycle and not loosing muscle.

You my dear sir are full of bullshit.

What are your stats? 1000cal is not doable for a 6'4 250 dude, but if your like 5'1 120 then its not much of an issue. Honestly, your maximum caloric deficit should be this formula: 1.25g protein per pound + some veggies = whatever calories. You shouldn't go below that even on a crash diet otherwise you will sacrifice muscle.

Also old&stacked's advice is the right answer - I never understand why bro's cut on a cycle, waste of money imo.

As for the complete bullshit supplements you just mentioned.....congratulations on finding another way of wasting your money :)

Well I guess I'm going to have to be a guinea pig. If I end up loosing gains and wasting money, this definitely won't be the first time I've wasted money so it won't be the end of the world.

As far as a the sups I took on my natty cut
Dexaprine is super super effective especially if your sensitive to stims. I never took a full dosage and had all the energy I needed (but I've never drunk a full can of soda or a cup of coffee so my tolerance is low)
DCP also worked. I bought 2 bottles DCP 1.0 (which has now been banned by the FDA and some drug company now uses an ingredient that was in it to treat diabetes or something). Google it

Lean xtreme has 5-AT and Phosphatidylserine which helps to reduce cortisol
TT33 is might be garbage (most said it was trash). It was super cheap which is the only reason I added it.

Must importantly my diet was in check It was all grilled fish and chicken and shrimp salads. Any bread was wheat. I cut my lifting in half as far as sets. If I did loose muscle it wasn't noticeable. Strength dropped a little in the last week of the cut, but came right back the following week when I got back on the carbs.

Sure these products are effective at stimulating you. Translation to efficacy in fat loss is still NIL/NONE/NADA. you were sold a dream in a bottle and anything you attest to is the action of placebo...a powerful drug in its own right ;).

You obviously have no idea what your doing...what your proposing is worse than a full on keto diet. No matter what you say, your body will turn catabolic and muscle wasting is inevitable.
Please....explain your daily protein/carb/fat ratio, so we/I can show and explain why this plan of yours is in shambles.
And why.do you keep avoiding your current stats/weight?

Agreed 100%...to go ON just to cut is retarded. If you cant cut fat through diet what makes you think youll be able to keep the fat off later? its the same scenario as not being to gain naturally @ 5'10..120lbs...if youre not gaining with food and training, aas is not the answer
