30 YEARS AAS EXPERIENCE
This question is for all you computer buffs.

I have tried to set up a cyber-rights email account. After I move the mouse through the black box to generate keys, nothing happens.

Any advice on what I need to do to complete the proccess of setting up an account?

Deepglute, did you continue to move the cursor in the box? you continue to move the cursor around until it creates all the info that it needs. I hope this helps.

I moved the cursor until all the black bars at the bottom of the box turned red. At that point the box disappeared and I was back to where I was before clicking the "create account" box. I pressed that again and nothing happened.

Yeah is there something wrong with cyber-rights? every time I e-mail someone at cyber-rights it comes back undeliverable??? I dont know what the fuck is up with it...

Why browser and Os are you using?

The hushmail encryption system causes fits on a variety of platforms. It works fine on my win xp pro with IE 6 latest update but the slightly less up to date win xp pro boxes at school choke on loading the password part.

What language is this? Man you know your computers, but you must know I am a computer idiot!

When you are on the web click tools then windows update.

Download and install anything that has to do with internet explorer or security updates. Then try cyber-rights.

I found that you can bypass that at times by quickly clicking on the link where it says something like "click this if you are not allowed to install any software on your computer". As I believe it bypasses the actual download of the hush cookie and accepting it.

Actually click that loads the hush encryption engine in system memory instead of installing or loading it on the computer. You still download and run it, it just isn't installed which fixes some problems but if the computer just doesn't want to run the engine for encryption there is no way around it.
