When do you use the anti estrogens in a cycle. I'm about to start a cycle that looks like this.

I know that I will probably need to use novladex, but when should i incorporate it into my cycle and about how much. This is my first cycle. I wanted to include winstrol, should i wait and use it in a cutting cycle or incorporate it into this one. Also when i do do the cutting cycle, how long should i wait after this cycle. I'm sorry for all the questios, but I would appreciate the help. Thank you.
 
oh yeah I'm 19 and weigh 220 lbs. I'm also 6'8" and i play college basketball, and that's why i chose this cycle cause it can't be in my system come march. I just want to gain muscle and then cut it up. Also if i do end up pushing it close with the detection times, is there any thing i can do to cover it up around march?
 
19 I'd say wait a couple of more years more like 3. Your natural hormone are at there peak take advantage of them.

Welcome to the board !!

IMO, at 19 you are too young.

Until the age of 24, your body is overflowing with testosterone and growth
hormone. If you can't make progress without drugs when you're still young, you
need to re-evaluate a few things -- mainly your training and your
supplementation. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to progress on a
consistent basis without drugs. And if you can't, chances are you won't do much
better with drugs. Steroids will also close the growth plates of long bones so if
you haven't reached full height, steroids may prevent further skeletal
development, not to mention, they'll be shutting down your hormonal system at a time when it's reaching maturity. Don't mess with your reproductive system at this point. You're going to need it.

ok thanks guys. I wont do the cycle. I have another question, I get stronger when i lift but i dont gain that much weight. Should i eat more anabolically(every 2-3 hours). Would that possibably help me gain weight.
 
Also I'll tell you what my current supplements are and if you'll think anything needs to be added or changed. All i currently take is protein, ensure, l-glutamine, and multi-vitamins. Please feel free to help me out on my quest to gain mass. I use a trainning program by our basketball department. It's pretty good as I do get stronger, I just don't gain that much weight if any. My body fat is 12%. Our program is also all 8-12 reps.
 
I would increase your daily caloric intake by say 10-15%, as far as additional supplements go, give creatine a try, as well as flax or fish oils for your essential fats.

I have to say your more mature then most 19 year olds, they usally say"how can you tell me not to when you are" or some thing to that effect.

I was thinking the same thing, bro. Root, I have just one word for ya....EAT! Eat everything you can get your hands on. Like SC said, you've got gobs and gobs of test & GH flowing through your body right now. If you eat, you WILL gain weight. And if you continue to train, coupled with your age & growth potential, it'll be quality weight. So pick up the fork & have fun!
 
Oh thanks. It's more on the line of that you'll are experienced and im not. So who am i to act as if im an expert on the subject. I'm just happy that I'm getting the truth from you'll as I see you'll are here to help and seem to be nice people. Thank you for the feedback.
