Hello. I've got a few questions. First my stats since vets often ask us newbies about them. Age 40, 6'2, 245lbs. Haven't had body fat tested recently but I believe it's around 23%. Been lifting again since 35 after having taken 14 years off. Took some time off recently to let a shoulder injury have time to heal and put on some body fat during that break. Lifted occasionally from age 16-21 then quit. I'd like to add 10-20 pounds of muscle and lose 30 pounds or so of fat. I have recently cleaned up my diet considerably. My weight brings me to my first question.
1) why the rule about 15% body fat? Is there increased risk of gyno or other health risks? If so what are they and how serious are they?
2) I'm told that running hgh a little while before, during, and a little while after an aas cycle is great and the compounds work well together assuming I can find and afford them.
3) I've got some concern about blood work. Can people attest to the accuracy of the labs advertised on this thread? I'm sorry to question it and I hope no one is insulted but I was told that most such labs aren't legit and they just send back fake #s. I'm guessing though that anything promoted by a moderator here is gtg.
