Cypionate vs. Enanthate

Refilled my prescription of test cyp and by mail and Testosterone Enanthate arrived. My Pharmacy said cypionate was "unavailale" so I called my doctor to have him deal with it. I assumed it was a brand name issue.

Is there a difference between cypionate and ethanate? I have taked 2 shots of cyp. Should i be concerned about changing horses.

I plan on checking in with my doc Monday but being that I have looked into each drug a little I want to hear opinions/experience from the group.

Yes, its pretty much exactly the same. I've switched from one to the other and noticed no difference.

Let me give you a little info on test C and test E just because I'm old and do stupid shit like that sometimes.

Test C is what I grew up using, it is what we had in the USA coming out of pharmacies forever and test E is what our european brothers were using. Somewhere along the line ppl started claiming that they held less water from test E as opposed to C and it started to take off here in the states.

I prefer test C only because it comforts me like granny's apple pie! my memories are with it and it just feels good to use an old friend.

Enanthate and Cypionate aren't different except one element which cause longer half life of testosterone cypionate for about one day. Some say that Enanthate causes less water retention but from my experience it isn't true. If you want less water retention switch to propionate, otherwise stay with Cypionate or Enanthate as they are like twin brothers

U should be happy bro I like enth way better then cyp. I was running cyp at 500mgs a week on cycle n was looking bloated. Switched to enth a looked way better loss the watery look. But they are about the same but Cyp has like 69mgs of test per 100mgs. And I think enth is stronger at like 72mgs per 100mgs the rest is the ester. Test prop is like 86mgs per 100 that's what I use for my protocol faster acting n less water weight.

Ya but BD's version of the cyp is also 250 not 200 ,.I'm running their enanthate right now and its really good . But my source runs out sometimes so I take the cyp when that happens.

Test is test! lmao, just the ester makes the half life longer or shorter, if you was to inject test without an ester it would be gone in hours, you would need to inject probly twice a day, so on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) i would prefer a longer ester because i hate pinning!

Weird! I'm the opposite, the longer the ester the more water you gain! the shorter esters don't give me much water, hence a cutting cycle prop is used!
