To answer your question seriously.....it varies from person to person.....TheFantom1 just posted a thread that your test by itself makes a nice cycle if it is your first time using it.........Want your Phy. know if you use more than the prsribed 250mg. per week the last thing you want is to be cut off from that.......If he will let you have 500mg. per week you can build with that as to gyno each persons threshold is different it might be 500mg. for me and 750mg. for you....
