yeah bro, started pulling muscles and shit from lifting too heavy. had to back it down and goe for reps.

I was supose to start pct in about 2 weeks but i've decided to push my cycle out another 4-6wks.
 
Day 86

Well it looks like I just need to stay away from Bench press for a while. keep pulling my pec muscle, or not giving it enough time to heal. Nothing to serious but I keep feeling it "roll" and then it hurts......nothing excrutiating but still an inconvenience. I've been going lighter on repps the last few weeks. Spen the last 2 weeks doing 15's on everything and this week bumped up a bit to 12 reps.

Got 2 sets of 12 in at 245 and felt my left pec pull again so I stopped.
Hit 3 more lighter sets of incline dumbell which i can seem to get without it hurting and called it good.

Nothing but incline and dumbell for me for the next few weeks.
