225 was pretty tough for 20....first 15 felt easy but then i hit a wall. that was the perfect weight to start with and get an idea but i'll be bumping up the weight next time.
My wheels are definately sore today!!
High rep at any weight will burn the legs up and make them sore as shit for days! If you really want to have a fun time and have access to some bands put 225 and the average band on both ends then hit 5 sets of 10! I did this once and for 6 days I hurt so bad I could barely handle it!
