Dbol only cycle info please

im 21,iv had trouble gaining weight my whole life ay,i use mega mass daily and creatine,and i eat like a horse,i need to know a bit more about nutrition tho,i eat healthy tho,and i eat big,with snacks in between,not much bad foods at all,alot of meat an veg.i used to be a professional fighter when i was younger,i represented newzealand,im strong for my build,an i gain in strenth but never in size which is a let down,any advice will be apprieciated,zeek tell me what u think too,i will use test on my second cycle,i just cant afford right now,its 140 for the dbol,and 180 for the test

couldnt give u a detailed description cos i eat diffrent eachday, but ill give u an example
in a day i might eat on a week day at work
4weet bix and milk for breakfast
a packet of potato chips,muesli bar,yogurt,twopeices of toast with tuna,a pack of noodles,a protein shake with like 1060cals,a can of fruit salad,and an orange....then i get home and have dinner which is usually meat eggs and vegtables or somthing like that

Go to the diet section man. Read stickies. Read the free diet advice from 3J. I posted up my diet towards the end of it if you're interested. There is a TON of info in the diet section. Read stickies in the AAS section. There is a TON of info on PCT there.

Dbol is, an anabolic, only. So, you would not expect to retain any gains from a dbol-only cycle. You need some kind of androgen, whether it be test, tren, or even some kind of androgen-only

Depending on the person recovery(libido also) can take 6 months to a year to fully recover if you fuck up post cycle therapy (pct). And trust me, nothing will get it hard, no matter how bad you want it. Sling the Dbol to buy test. Did anyone mention with no test you'll be flooded with estrogen? About as much or more than a female.

ETA: Because you'll be flooded with estro it will be near impossible to fight the water off. Thats why it needs to be stacked with test as you need that hormone in your body. PERIOD.

Anybody who says they got no sides is a liar. There's nothing to prove, this is what happens when you take test out of any man.

Boa I'm actually eatin' more steak now - this is from a little while back. Doin' steak at least twice a day now on my Epi cycle. Just wish I could figure out how to cook the shit without making it tough and dry on the Foreman grill.

Travis - yeah dude, gotta have those carbs on a bulk! I just keep them all low glycemic index carbs, except for sometimes in the post-workout meal.

man i used to think i could bulk while only getting 50-75 grams of carbs a day....i didnt know i was actually probably going into ketosis haha

For the Op before he asks Ketosis is a condition in which levels of ketones (ketone bodies) in the blood are elevated. Ketones are formed when glycogen stores in the liver have run out. The ketones are used for energy. Ketones are small carbon fragments that are the fuel created by the breakdown of fat stores. Ketosis is potentially a serious condition if keytone levels go too high.
