Hey guys and girls,
My questions is this: On back days, if your doing dead lifts, do u do them first or later in your routine? I personally do them last because when I'm done with them I'm damn near exhausted. If I did them first I don't think I'd be able to hit everything else as hard. Back days usually look something like this:
Lat pulls owns
Wide grip pull-ups
Face pulls
Bent over rows
Dead lifts- usually every other week
Lower back Machine- dont know wtf it's called.
Rear Delts on flye machine
Usually these are the exercises I mix up in there. What about y'all?
