I really understand what you are say guys. The only thing is that I hear a lot about peptides I research and I did spend many nights online and in the end I come across everyone not being sure that its original. I read on this website that Product1 are awesome and on google Product1 results that is not good I mean I don't mean to offend anyone. Product1 is referring to any brand. Just example.

There isn't a magic potion for you in a bottle. If there was, everyone would be using it. And I mean everyone. I wish there was. The simple truth is that you have to change your diet and put in the hard work.

Spend that money you have saved up on a coach. You will be happy you made that investment
 
Also...speaking in terms of psycological health, you'll find the road to reducing your bf slightly more bearable if you can set those small goals for yourself and achieve them. Much like anything else small successes will drive your motivation and your confidence. They key for you will be consistency.

You may not want to hear it but most of the help you're gonna get, has already been given above. Next step is on you. Drop the gear and the Clen tabs and get a nutrition program that u can adhere to. It'll be a change of lifestyle not a diet. Gotta eat cleaner to get leaner.

And lastly I looked almost identical to u when I was 25. Granted I had been shot twice and a severe back injury but nonetheless body composition was similar. Honestly I found that the longer durations of lower intensity work burned the most fat. Like riding the bike or walking UPHILL (not flat) or even stair master for 1hr+ EVERYDAY coupled with some running in the evenings burned more fat off my body in the shortest amount of time. By no means am I an expert. But j was too embarrassed of my physique to ask for help. I just crammed veggies, chicken and water down my throat and walked biked and ran my ass off...LITERALLY. For 12 weekss. then as a reward I jumped on an 8 week test prop and var cycle and it wAs quite a transformation. Im pulling for ya dude. Best of luck.

So this forum is the only forum really to give more attention not to push me on AAS but to push me to diet. Thanks a lot. So I will PM 3J and hopefully I will succeed to.

Hang in there.

Bust your ass man. Hit it hard. The first 15 lbs will go fast. then a plateau. Don't be discouraged when it happens. Change your workouts a bit and REALLY buckle down on your nutrition plan and bust through that plateau. It'll be steady fat loss once you do.
 
Keep the clen around - when you get to a lower body fat level you will be able to use it to successfully help drop those last few stubborn percent. Right now all they will do is make you feel bad and not really lose any fat. It sucks, I know...I tried using albuterol when I was in the upper 20% and it did nothing for me. I liked the way it made me feel (clen makes me feel horrible), but I lost no fat. I was really hopeful, too. So save it for later, get your diet fixed up and start doing a lot of good cardio and you will see the fat drop.
 
Hello, I will not let you go as a forum MT. I will be around to stick around. It is very frustrating when you go to your gym in the neighborhood and make fun of you. "Professionals". Screw the girl who doesn't like me. Ignore the sliced instructor who calls me pork chop. All I see TRUE professionals are here! Thank you all guys. Amateur moment, some of you commented me but I didn't really know where it appears. How can I see it?
 
If someone is fucking with you about your weight, and they are a paid "professional" working at a gym and are supposed to be helping people then I really only see two options.

1. Formally complain to management and have the problem rectified through his employer.

2. Punch a big goddamn hole in his face next time something smart slips out and go right back to working out. IME talk is cheap but I suppose you could confront him directly before assaulting him. Maybe it's just my A TYPE personality. Alpha male bullshit. Or the more passive way to deal is just join another gym or train outdoors.
I would take 1 oz of shit from anyone at the gym. Or it'd be a brawl. Win lose or draw they'll reconsider running that mouth.
Okay end rant. Sorry they are unprofessional like that. But you need to use all that as motivation to make those changes. All of jazz coming your way is from weaker people. Drive on man.

Then I will because I am not professional use 3Js but I am a bit short now. As soon as I get the paycheck on the first it will be the first time hopefully to do 3J. I prepared a diet and I would like to share. It needs some touches. So please tell me what you think.

Several studies have been conducted recently, and have verified the benefits of low carb, high protein/high fat diets. From the look of your pictures, you would respond DRAMATICALLY and quickly to such a dietary change!
