Well i might be just paranoid but I wouldn't take anything made from a muslim country. I have use the Norm's. I loved them. Greece is good for so many things. The syd group products are the shit too for vet. Dont let vet scare you. I have had plenty of gains from Vet gear. Syd group makes very good shit. They only have two more years to manufacture for sale in Australia. So stock up while you can.

I would go with pakistani hands down, less fakes and cheaper (in your case)

Also, be advised that 400mg of Human grade deca is quite a lot, if you've never used it before, 300mg is sufficient.
