Deca Vs Equipoise

Planning my next cycle what do you guys think I should run with Test......

Deca or Equipoise

I've done Deca before, but the more I read about Equipose I'm thinking its the better juice for me. The other thing which I'm trying to weigh up is the Deca I get is 200mg/ml but the Equipose is only 50mg/ml.

I'm told to do 400mg a week of Equipose to get good results but that means injecting 8ml a week, before I've even thought about the test dosage???

So as I'm aware you shouldnt inject more then 3ml in to 1 spot so I'd have inject somewhere other then my arse.....which I've never done.

So is Equipose worth all the complications or should I just stick with Deca........

if you're only getting EQ at 50mg/ml most definitely use the Deca...

if for no other reason, who the fuck wants to be shooting that much shit and that often
 
Ok cool, I done a course of Deca with test b4, I run 300mg a week with 500mg of test.
If I was to up both Doses what would you recommend?
 
a little more Test and a little more Deca... Its really up to you

from what you said maybe 450mg Deca and 600mg Test per week
 
SHould you front load a cycle in your view and then cysle down towards then end?
I'm going to run a 12week cycle and was thinking about lowing the doses on the last few weeks thinking it may help when I pct.

No.. Long ester compounds are already designed to do that on their own. No need. You could front load but I wouldn't bother.
 
I know it's low dose but I think you'd be fairly impressed with the EQ. 8ml a week does suck though. Mon, Wed, and Fri. Then again I didn't have any deca at the time. I def enjoyed the EQ more than the Deca from previous cycles.
 
First, please don't call it juice...:)

Second, it really depends on what you want.

If you want leaner mass use EQ(more cuts).

Nothing will put size on you like Deca/Test. But be warned you will be bloated like all hell. I did a cycle with these two and I was bloated but very strong. If you use this make sure to pack some adex or similar to cut down the bloat. After about 6 or 7 weeks you'll see what I mean.

Keep in mind that with the Eq that anything over 250-300mg a week is a waste unless you are pro sized.

Always try to use the least amount of gear possible because once you're up in mg you cannot really come back and the cycles will cost more and more and more for no good reason other than ego...:).

You can call it Juice if you want mate, doesn't upset me at all. I don't agree with Mr Canuck when he says "Nothing will put size on you like Deca/Test." Tren and Test would be a much better option in my opinion.

And that is just not enough EQ to be worth all the bother. You need to go with the Test and Deca, if that's your only options. I'm not a fan of Deca myself though, I don't get along with it at all and have no intention of ever using it again, but that's your choice and a lot of people love it.

How many cycles have you done and what are your stats?, May be worth you going down the Tren route if you've got a few cycles under your belt. Tren is an amazing compound and I do love it.
 
I dont know much about Tren?? havnt had any encounters with it. I've been training for 3years 5' 10, weigh bang on 11 stone but I am a very hard gainer. my aim is to be 12 stone after the next cycle is finished. I've run 3x D Bol only Cylcles one of which I hit 12stone but lost it slowly after finishing the cycle, I looked like a big water balloon but it felt good being big lol. The last cycle I ran finnaly stepped up to pin myself.

1-4 weeks DBol 40mg
1-8weeks apex test350mg +Deca 200mg 1 injection a week

I've kept 1/2 stone of the cycle but I didnt run post cycle therapy (pct) as I've only started knowing about these things since joining this site. So in your view what cycle would you recommend for bulking?

What I was planning on doing was

week 1-4 DBol 40mg p/d
week 1 -12 2x test 350 + deca 400mg (or equipose)
running hgc + clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) - with anti Es to hand if needed.

I was told that I should have done a 12 week course because thats how long deca takes to really show results and that I needed to updosage of deca as 200mg p/w is not enough and that the test doasge should allways be higher then the deca. So that how I came to plan it, but would really like your veiws.

Mate I don't think you need to be doing gear really. You need to sort out your diet and training first before you do anything, as a cycle is going to be virtually pointless untill those are sorted.

Post both here

Forget what I said about Tren, you do not want to be going that at the moment.

Now i am putting off my run after reading reading and more reading ,i changed up my training and diet and have allready seen a difference . Eat the bulk diet plan found here Diet Forum - Anabolic Steroids, Bodybuilding Discussion Forums - Steroidology stick to it . ive been eating this for 4 weeks with variations to mix it up , and man they say food is the best anabolic no shit i fell like he man . Already putting on some weight , so i say hold on lets see how far i can take this in 3 months natty then re evaluate.
My point is all the guys telling you diet and training are key .. is the secret advice i was looking for .JMO
 
good advice to get the diet and exercise tuned in...diet is a HUGE part of looking good. I'm glad you are focusing on non-drug options right now. A low carb diet with enough calories to grow plus a great workout and adequate sleep should put you on the right track. good luck!

Stick to heavy compound exercises with free weights. If your not currently doing the three "power lifts", learn proper form and start. Shoot for your body weight in grams of protein a day. Don't be afraid of carbs, especially complex carbs or even high glycemic carbs post workout. Whether your juicing or not, creatine is inexpensive and remains the one supplement most can agree is worth the price of simply adding 5 grams to your post workout shake/meal or morning protein shake with breakfast on rest days.
