exactly. I started shooting delts recently too bc of eod injects... I find its easier to break the skin if I pull on the skin a little to make it tighter...JMO

I rotate delts and glutes with test e.

after a few trial and error i found what works for me.

but mainly it comes down to making ur muscle completely relaxed b4 injecting and not tensing during injection.
