Hi people,i want some advices of experiences people like yours.
I am doing my first cycle test e cycle. i am 193 cm 82 kg doing 3630 kcal for bulking 310p 320hc 72 f and i feel hungry.this is 500 kcal of surplus.Would do you stick to this calories or what would do you do?fuck summer i want to get the max gains of this cycle u know dont care much at htis point get more bf just max gains
i think 3630 kcal is a fucking waste of cycle.probably for lean gains but why not just maximize the gains and after cut the fat?cut fat is easy,gain muscle no.
