Dieting aches and pains

Man Im noticing alot of contest diet questions these days. Are more people competing or what?

Ok back to subject. Ive been doing the summer diet thing for a couple weeks now and Im noticing that Im getting really achy. Like my left shoulder is getting some pain in it on lift days. My forearms just kill after doing curls or any type of back exercise or actually any type of exercise where I have to grip something reallt tight. Is there anything I can take for this? Would a little bit of Deca help or is there anything that can help the pain from tendons not being able to keep up with muscle grwoth? Meathead signing out.
