I feel like im overtraining my chest muscles on tri day with them dips and close and reverse grip presses... is this normal? any adivice on possibly switching workouts or isolating the tri better.. i wait about 3-4 days inbetween but still i feel my chest being worked significantly.. tipz please..
 
yeh but im trying to gain mass.. maybe ill take out the dips and throw in some extensions.. i feel like the best compound mass building tri movements are also the ones that cause me to overwork my chest.. is this a common problem or is it just me?
 
You want compounds Bro.

Close grips are the best tri excersise.

Have a look at this split, it works gooood...it is a mass routine.

Chest/bis
Legs
Off
Shoulders/tris
Back
Off

I would still dip for chest on chest day and close grip on tri day.
Try 2 compounds and an isolation movement for each muscle.
