Disappointing Danabol/Susta cycle

I m 67.7 inch tall and weight 201 lbs 31% of bodyfat (52)y old.
I begun a dbol/sus cycle, 4 weeks passed and I gained only 2 lbs during these 4 weeks :sleep:, is seems abnormal to me.
My cycle was (and style is...):
1st week 15mg danabol ds EveryDay. 20 mg Nolvadex ED
2nd week 25mg danabol ds ED.20 mg Nolvadex ED
3th week 40mg danabol ds ED. 250mg sust at the weekend. 20 mg Nolvadex ED
4th week 50mg danabol ds ED. 250mg sust at the weekend. 20 mg Nolvadex ED
...I m hoping better results for the 4 remaining weeks
my diet was quite simple :
160 g of whey protein ED
200 of chicken breast
200 g of white rice
2 yogurt without sugar
100 g of Maltodextrine
2 l of water

Question: is there a problem? I expected 15 lbs of muscle but :worried: ?
 
First, IMO you are to fat to be running a cycle. Second, based on your shear size you need more food. Third, based on how fat you are, you obviously don't know how to eat clean. This leads us to the fact that the gear and poor diet will only compound this round robin, screwed up attempt at a cycle.

In conclusion; it's not the gear.... It's you. Lose some fat, sudy this game and make the decision if you are capable of running a proper cycle and if you are not please stop.

And add another liter of water.

Every time I read this post I see something else; 4 weeks??? Wtf! Dude please stop. You don't have a clue. This is just painful.

more protein, less carbs, more cardio, less calories. 31% BF is no good. Dbol makes you bloat up like a puffer fish, I'd be happy you didn't get any fatter while you were on it.
 
Use the time it takes to cut naturally to study. Yes, you need to learn how to put together a cycle. More importantly you need to learn how to eat clean (this dosnt mean Subway). Spend sown time in the diet section on this site.

I am a member of other board and one thread I see constantly is "my gear is bunk" or the other variation "why am I not gaining". The story is always the same; no idea of how to eat. If you master your diet you will become a god. If you don't want to study this get hooked up with 3J. He will literally put a diet together for you based on your goals and cycle. It can be that easy.

first, I lift weight since 1998...physically I m not to fat I loose some definition... anyway How should I eat more food and loose some fat ?

imo your not 30% bodyfat . if you dont gain weight on legit steroids then its usually your diet. you srewed up the cycle pretty bad , you should have started the dbol and sustanon the same day. if you continue the cycle run the sustanon for 12-14 weeks and start pct 3 weeks after last injection , only run the dbol for 6 weeks. if you continue the cycle and dont gain much weight you should still put on some muscle and drop some bodyfat at the same time. after the cycle and pct is over get blood work done and see if your natural test is low , at 52 thats very possible so you may be a candidate for testosterone replacement therapy.
 
dosent matter, if it was good gear you would of put on alot more than that.....what was the brand you were running and then i might be able to tell you if it was bunk gear.
