I wanted to share my frustration. I am having trouble getting as hard as I was before. I have gained muscle mass but and feeling bloated and retaining water. I don't feel great about my shape right now. By body wieght and body fat has stagnanted. Before leaving on vacation I was on anavar and prov. I have tried Winstrol (winny) but it was not top for me. My diet is good, I have posted it in previous threads and recevied good comments. I train 3 days on 1 day off. However, I feel I have hit a plateau, I am off cycle right now, and having troube with my energy levels and feel urges to cheat. I haven't cheated for sometime. My trained has cut my frutis and carbs to try and kick my metabolism into shape. I am open to suggestions and simply felt like I needed to share my frustration.
