I ran DNP a lot over the years. What I use it for is like a decuppler to dig into that last fat cells that are hard to get into. I ran it 200mcg's over weeks at a time and it worked fine for me. I have known other athlete's to run 200mcg's twice daily or 400mcg's twice daily. That's where you come into the panting and hard to breath. Sweating and feeling tired. If anyone wants to use this I suggest low dose over a long period of time rather than high dose short period of time. That in my opinion is the dangerous attempt.
have to be careful because this infects your whole body. Everything turns yellow including your urine. Even your semen will come out yellow. I suggest lots of fluids, daily vitamins etc....
