Dnp gurus

I ran DNP a lot over the years. What I use it for is like a decuppler to dig into that last fat cells that are hard to get into. I ran it 200mcg's over weeks at a time and it worked fine for me. I have known other athlete's to run 200mcg's twice daily or 400mcg's twice daily. That's where you come into the panting and hard to breath. Sweating and feeling tired. If anyone wants to use this I suggest low dose over a long period of time rather than high dose short period of time. That in my opinion is the dangerous attempt.

have to be careful because this infects your whole body. Everything turns yellow including your urine. Even your semen will come out yellow. I suggest lots of fluids, daily vitamins etc....

This tricks your body into thinking it's exercising and that's why you pant or breathe heavy. It upregulates your metabolic rate at about 50%. You'll lose a lot of nutrients fast. You need to supplement that by taking multivitamin/minierals and fluids all day. I took a multi 3 times daily. Be careful because this can creep up on you. A lot has to do with your carb intake. Just when you think it's not working. Suddenly I have caught myself standing in line at the store and sweating profusely and panting like a dog.

ive read people taking a lot of different stuff, youre telling me alls i need is a multi 3x daily and plenty of water?
 
and t3 your'e suppossed to do on gear or else it eats your muscles. Why not try ECA. Thats what ive been researching and seems to make lots of people happy. They have a rc one that ive heard great things about

eh never really got much from e/c, and actually ran t3 for about 8 weeks. lost some weight, but i was also killing the cardio and eating low calories. been researching dnp for a while now and wanna give it a go next spring after my bulk. just trying to figure out what all is NEEDED and what isnt while on it
