Do I have Gynecomastia? If you're asking this question, read this thread.

since my last post and now , i will say this: the lumps have not reduced noticeably but i can 1000% say that they are way softer than say 5 days ago.

sorry if i`m hijacking this thread or something but i thought you`d want this info . i am going to complete 60 days of 60mg/day then drop to 30mg/day and run more; if these good things keep happening i guess i`ll have it reversed within a month from now, fingers crossed.

also a very important question : when coming of raloxifen should i taper it down like

30mg/1 week
30mg eod /1 week
30m e3d /1 week
?

i am asking this because there is a 50/50% the gyno i`m currently trying to fix has been caused by nolva rebound , so i wanna be as cautios as i can

on another note : never running pro-hormones ever again , i just have to man up and start pinning.

Chances are it won't go away in a month. Highly unlikely. It also wasn't caused by the Nolva. It was improper management of estradiol. Run it until the gyno reverses and check estradiol levels to make sure they're not elevated. Also chances are you'll get it from pinning as well since many injectable compounds raise estradiol. Good luck

GWP, extreme peptides, ADC....? Or just go with tamoxifen/nolva. It's not quite as Iod as ralox but it still works very well. Just adjust the dose

Hey so would you recommend a nolva protocol with a winny/slight test/mast prop cycle. Have some small lumps I've tried to get rid of with letro prami because it happened after a tren and test cycle but no luck plus letro makes me feel like crap. I tapered off the letro and started nolva yesterday. plus I've got bloods befor taking letro/prami and levels where normal matter in fact e2 was 16

If you have gyno you should try Raloxifene.

Should I try on a light cycle like I mentioned? Or off Thought maybe masteron can help the process with an Ai of course

It's possible to reverse gyno while on cycle. Reversal requires time so it may not finish until the cycle is over but Nolva and ralox (if good quality) will still help you even on cycle and treating gyno. Mega does make a valid point, even if reversed, you can still get it again by altering hormonal levels.

Yes i know been off almost a year tried several things letro/adex/prami/forma still have small lumps not noticeable by eye. My test levels are low to normal ( total 375 ) and e2 is low to normal ( 16) forgot free t values off hand. But thought maybe doing a small test dose around 350 or so a week and mast prop around 450wk with aroma and nolva ed may help? If not couldn't hurt if we'll managed? Just been ready to start back honestly.

Letro is FAR FAR less effective at gyno treatment than a SERM. Adex even less. Prami does NOT treat gyno AT ALL. Forma is for the most part a marketing gimmick to get you to buy it over something like adex to control E2 on cycle. It doesn't have anything to do with reversing gyno. It's to control estrogen on a cycle and it's not even that good at doing that.

Test aromatize a so it could make it worse. It sounds like you need to get a better control of your E2 management so I would recommend you wait to cycle like mega said. There is no rush to hop back on since it's evident the gyno bothers you greatly (it would for me too).

Yes i know prami wouldn't reverse gyno just threw it in the beginning with adex after noticing the gyno after a tren a cycle. So i may try staying on the nolva for a couple weeks by it self to see how that goes. Thanks for the info guys. Oh Yea got 2 bottles of forma surge for super cheap i knew it was a long shot so i said what he'll why not ha!

That super cheap money could have gone into buying Nolva or ralox that's why hahaha.

Nolva takes time. A couple weeks is a drop in the bucket. Do not expect reversal in a few weeks. It could take 9+months in some cases. You should see a reduction in size in maybe ~2months or so

I know i seen somewhere in this tread that nolva is OK long term but do you know of any dangers i should worrie about if needed to take that long like 9 months?

Possibly bone mass density is the only one I can think of at the moment. If you have bone issues than supplement with vitamins D and calcium (taken together). If you're worried do the same just don't overdo it. Other than that possible issue nolva has been deemed to be well tolerated in all, or almost all, cases.

Dre and Megatron (and others), thank you for your continued coverage in this thread. It's been a heck of a year so far with constant illness. Sorry for the absence folks, I'll be back full time soon again. Still recovering.

so, switching from nolva to ralox do you just stop the nolva and take the ralox or do you overlap for a little while? I'm scared to stop nolva, so far it's working well, but i do want to give ralox a try.
it's actually pretty easy to get the ralox, anyone need a link just pm me.

Thanks Austin!
