Do i have gyno???

Sure looks like it. You would have a lump behind the niippe, though. If Not, could be either a mild case or early stages of development.

My nipples are just really puffy, i feel a little string thing behind the right one, and the left one just has a mass under it, but like, the mass isn't little knots or a lump, idk.....

the problem is i dont know any good surgeons... can you help me find one in ontario?...

newbie-

dont worry... your gyno is very, very mild... if u haven't done any AAS, I suggest you don't... just my 2 cents... but if you're looking for a place where people can help you... go to gynecomastia.org and take a look around that forum... they have a list of some of the best surgeons in the country...a lot of knowledgeable people and great information as well...

best of luck kiddo

if it makes u feel any better, id trade my gyno for yours anyday...

Definitely gyno. Gyno is ranked (by health insurance anyway) in three categories 1, 2, and 3 with the severity in ascending order. This appears to be a 1 or 2, but most likely a 1. If you are wondering why I know this, it is because I myself have gyno. I was obese as a child and it was around 6th grade when I developed what has been classified as stage 2 gyno. Honestly, not that big of an issue besides my nipples showing through shirts. Once you build up your chest it will be quite a bit less noticeable. Most health insurance plans will cover removing category 3 gyno, or if you make the claim that they are tender and or painful it should also be covered.

Best of luck,
Parker.

On a personal note. I know having gyno it tough, it was one of the reasons I got into bodybuilding in the first place. All through grades 6-9 I was teased about either being fat or my nipples. I decided to change ends of the spectrum and now I have a physique that those who made fun of me can only dream of, the gyno is still there of course but I've made my peace with it and I'm sure you'll be able to do the same.
