Do you deadlift?

Headphones broken???

I'm good in the low - mid 400's to set it down but 475, 500 and up -- well I'll be the first to say that I'll let that shit hit the floor for a 1 rep max.

cant do cause of back injuries, but for guys how do deadlifts please dont slam the weights. that is the most annoying thing for the guy next to you who wants to concentrate in his workout.

Deadlift is one of the best excersises you can do IMO. everyone thinks it's for legs but my back and traps get hit hard doing them as well.

Look at the people who deadlift on a regular basis and you'll notice they're all in good shape.

Weather it be sumo or conventional , nuetral or hook grip deads are the best compound movement in my opinion. In saying that some individuals do not respond well to them from what ive seen in the industry generally tall /long limbed fellas but if ur a manlet go for it.

Everyone says that but i'm 6'4" and can deadlift 600+

all in proper form

600+ god damn thats impressive. The most I've done is 495x3 I'm scared if I keep going up I'm gonna have a stroke or blow my guts out my asshole lol

Deadlift is king. I do some variation of it every week. Probably the best compound movement there is. I've done powerlifting routines where you work up to a 1-3 RM but right now i'm doing bodybuilding so I'll generally go up to 405 for 8-10 reps.

Rofl . Let me rephrase that it DEPENDS on ones proportions more then HEIGHT to whether or not deads will suit them or not aswell as form ect ect many variable. But lucky u 6.4 and can dead

Im considering doing deadlift on my back day also. I never deadlifted before but i think its a key to put on my set :)

the most i have ever deadlifted is 695 after a full back day... its by far my favorite lift in the gym..

im sure i can break 700.. but my knees give me a hard time with it.. i hear my damn knees clicking as i walk.. lol

Great lift to pack on mass yes i like them i usually peak out on them then do something else for a while like rows chins etc i recently peaked with 1 rep with 450 pounds current body weight of 180 not bad for an old fart will be 50 this year ;)

I do my dead lifts on leg day. eo leg day. On heavy squat days i have nothing left to dead lift. but on the days i do presses i will dead lift.

I would love to deadlift! But spinal injury makes working out more like dancing a ballet than the hardcore lifting I could do a year and a half ago -.-
