I am noticing a trend here.
Lately, as in since about a month or so ago, deads and squats in particular have been making me nauseous and I even puked once. I find that on leg day I will go 3 hours or even a bit more between my preworkout meal and my workout to make sure I don't puke. I still get nauseous and even dryheave, but I can't get my strength back after puking whereas dryheaves and nausea each leave me able to continue my work out.
