i do sometimes...i usually dont feel like eating anything within 1 hour after training !
...i just gulp down a whey protein shake and wait 1½ and eat a meal
 
squts and deads here as well. Doen't matter if going low or high rep. These exercises just take all out of me. Have to sit down always after doing one set. No chance of walking around in the gym.
 
I am noticing a trend here.
Lately, as in since about a month or so ago, deads and squats in particular have been making me nauseous and I even puked once. I find that on leg day I will go 3 hours or even a bit more between my preworkout meal and my workout to make sure I don't puke. I still get nauseous and even dryheave, but I can't get my strength back after puking whereas dryheaves and nausea each leave me able to continue my work out.
 
I get nauseous when doing high-intesnsity training (minimal to no rest between sets), especially in the summer!
