<------ i gotta chick though!
Fuck high BP, I take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so I can creep on bitches without my moon face scaring them away![]()

lol-i know this dpr
its been longer than 6 months
and i just dont like how it hurts intensity-there is no way around it for me-taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) hurts my intensity in the gym-i can not feel my test as much-i can tell the difference.
i have studied and studied and studied this subject-and blood pressure is the only thing i can see that is a negative to water retention.
besides blood pressure-is there anything im missing that would make water retention such a bad thing?
im not cycleing to look good on my cycle-im cycling to look good when im off
and when i hit my genetic limit-and need to cycle to look the way i want-then of course i would use an AI
with all the shit ive ran on this cycle-i have had no sides without an AI-my blood pressure hasnt moved. yea i got moon face-but i dont care about that. What i dont want-is my intensity to go down at all-i perceive this as gains
Intensity-food-sleep = gains
i wouldnt say it killed it-just a noticeable difference-aromasin 12.5 Ed
besides water retention can be controlled by diet-from what ive learned
dehydration being the most common cause
generally reccomend that everyone use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) when using aromatic compounds... even just a very low dose (for those that are lean and low estrogen producers) is better than not at all. Letting estrogen levels run high (or in some cases rampant) is never good and increases a great number of health risks, not to mention the rather immeadiate effects on gynecomastia (which are ongoing... eg.. gyno was there, was growing, developing... long before you "noticed it".. usually an inflammatory or high hormone event will trigger an active phase-- ie "getting gyno".. but thats not really the case... that tissue was there being groomed and growed... by excess estrogen and other hormones)
with 250mg sustanon a week, need will generally be low... and you probably CAN go without... if lean and young.. and some people are such low aromatase producers that its basically a non issue... but for most people, even with low doses (or when natural for that matter) an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (dosed to need) is generally beneficial.
Here's a great argument for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) by one smart dude.
guess my nearly 15 years of ACTIVE experience doesnt count against macro.
like i said i guess we agree to disagree.
Agreed. I drink plenty of water, eat well, monitor my vitals, take the necessary suppliments to help out with BP/Liv function/general health and don't take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle. Never had gyno issues and have never had any issues rebounding after my PCT, hell back in the old, old days (mid/late '90s) I never did any AIs or PCTs (and I should have PCT'd obviously) and didn't have any sides or major recovery issues and I ran some heavy cycles back then.
Everyone's body is different and figuring out what works for yours is goal number 1 of this activity. That doesn't mean I disagree with recommending that people consider using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), just that blanket statements aren't always the best advice.
Also, people that read and respond to these threads (ie. newbies) need to learn the difference between an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and a SERM...
