I pre make about 8 eggwhites the night before and in the morning just toss it in the pan boom! less than 5 min you got a cooked meal + I add some ground beef/pork to my eggs too.
i like this idea--it could save me some time...
but if you drink oats (like Quaker Quick (1-2min.) oats) won't they just expand in your stomach and cause bloating and pain? maybe it's just an old wives' tale... do you just maintain the original ratio of water-to-oats (2:1) and drink them straight off? (without heating them at all?)
