Doctor has me on Trazodone for sleep i feel horrible

What other side effect does trazodone have?
Are u gaining weight off it, is it lowering your libido?
Is it making you hungrier ?
 
All of your symptoms sound like high E to me. Been through all of that and battled it the same way you did. Ativan is a bitch to get off. I keep my E around 30 and only need an over the counter sominex to seep now. Me E was up to 128 at one point. This causes anxiety attacks, insomnia, irrational thinking etc. It's overwhelming how may issues high E can cause. In my experience high E is a large culprit to feeling like shit than low T. I get bloods every 3 months and log how I feel daily with my protocol tweaks. Hope you find your sweet spot without the Trazadone and Ativan. They are both poison. No restorative sleep at all with those meds.

Go down to 60 mg E3D and reasses.
We've all had high E2 on here when first trying to get dialed in. My E2 was at 340 pmol/l when I first hoped on TRT. Anxiety attacks and felt like suffocating in public places. Changed my whole protocol and all sides subsided .

Taking 80 mg E4D = 560 mg T/ month
Taking 60 mg E3D = 600 mg T/month

See the diff ?
Taking less each dose and closer shots will help Estradiol and have virtually zero impact on your T levels coming down. I'm not a doctor nor am I advising you to use this protocol. Get labs done 2 days from shot and assess effectiveness. This has helped me.

You can even go down to 50 mg E3D and try to weem off that trazodone. I would.
Again I'm no doctor and any advice given here is my personal view as I am not a medical doctor. You have gotten a lot of help here from guys very familiar with TRT. Not medical doctors who have not lived through getting dialed in but actual patients of TRT. ...
Which in my view has a higher accuracy of assesing benefits and side effects vs a any unexperienced endo.

Your math is a little off. They are both the same. 80/4=20 per day. 60/3=20 per day.

The 60 every 3 days should results a little less aromatization however due to the smaller doses/higher frequency.

4 x 7= 28 days!
Therefore his E4D shots are roughly dosed to a sum total of 28 days which ( 80 mg x 7 shots = 560 mg T/ 28 days)
Lets even throw an extra 20 mg of T for the remaining 2 days in a typical calendar month since we are at 28 days with his previous protocol.
60 mg E3D = exactly 30 days in a calendar month.
Therefore 60 x 10 doses at E3D's = 600 mg T/month.
 
Cutting your E is worth a try. I did the anxiety attack phase of life, insomnia, ativan, trazadone etc. My E was 128. Cut it to 30's and I feel half my age for the last 2 years since I figured it out. Now no need for any other scripts.

Well, there are 4 weeks in February every 3 years. All other months have 29, 30 or 31 days. :-)

Well, we can spin it any which way but....
His estradiol of 64 pg/ml is way too high and that is the sum total on the subject.
Take your estradiol down to 30-35 pg/ml and you will be a new man

How can I spin 20mg/day being 20mg/day? It is the same however you do your math. :-)

Totally agree though that OP should try to lower his estradiol.
 
I didn't have no where near the estradiol this guy had on my recent labs but one thing I know for sure dosing adex E3D kept E2 sides down.
Elevated E2 def. Caused some anxiety and Insomnia for me.

Everyone is very different, but I take 80mg of test every 3.5 days and .25mg of adex every 3.5 days. I take them both at the same time. Puts my TT around 1100 and my E2 in the upper 30's on the Regular Estradiol Assay.
