I have a doctors appt Monday to try and get some testosterone I'm 39 years old any advise ?? The nurse said they will probably have to do lab work before insurance will pay for it?

I am also on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and am 45 years old. Insurance will not pay for your test, so be prepared.

The Dr also will not prescribe you test unless your values come back on the low side. But you need to say all the right things to like: low sex drive, ED on occasion, always tired in the evening, lowered mental acuity, loss of muscle mass, lower stamina in the gym, etc. You can also suppress your natural test levels ahead of time by taking prohormones for 2-3 weeks before your blood work. PM if you want to know what prohormones to get.

Just be adamant with your Dr that you want 200 mg a week of Test. So for a 10 ml bottle that is about 10 weeks worth (200 mg/ml). Most Drs want to use 100 mg a week, but its not enough to really get your muscle back or build muscle. Drs dont realize that 30-40% of the mg quantity is the ester itself, so you are really not getting 200mg of test a week, its more like 140mg if you are using enanthate.
