I am actualy on day 12 with the Var already, I take 20 mg after my 2nd breakfast and 20 mg after dinner. This is my first time on gear as well, I wanted to run something light before going deca/test. So, whats the best time for creatine?
Running creatine with var is great! I use a NO\creatine ethyl ester supplement with the Anavar (var), it Amplifies any pumps i get! love it! Also focus on your diet and cardio to get your bf % low, this will really bring out the vars effects! love the vascularity and muscle hardness

What I heard is that Var is toxic to the liver because of the 17α-alkylated enzyme.

imo 8 weeks "on" with oral is 2 much for your liver bro, make sure your taking some type of liver pill/milk thistle i would say any longer then 8 weeks is suicide lmao
