Does Anybody Ever Cycle Keto Diet?

I want to try a keto diet. I want to get cut for the summer. My problem is that i am afraid of losing muscle. So i want to try cycling this diet. I want to go on a low or no carb diet for a week or two, and then go back to a normal diet. Along with cardio and a good eca themogenic. Would anybody recommend it? Please respond!
 
Follow Dan Duchaines bodyopus and youll not loose a pound of muscle. I dieted for 14 weeks and lost .2lbs of muscle and went from 14% to 3% bf. It s basically M-F ON, Sat-Sun OFF.
 
Actually bro if you do a search here you will probably find info on it, trust me it is not an easy diet to stay on, you will need to be amazingly strict if you want to do a true bodyopus
 
true bodyopus requires you to get up every 2 hours while sleeping on the weekend to carb up...its rough..but it works..

another diet is the Anabolic or Metabolic diet. its a little easier t follow
