Does anyone here take kratom after their workout ? I've found that a little bit helps reduce stress and helps me sleep like a baby, therefore helping me to recover faster. Plus, it's great when I'm on tren, as it relaxes me and puts me in a better mood.
I would only use it for actually bad pain like a broken hand or something more extreme. I have it, have used it and have researched it extensively.. havent used it in a year and im in back pain every day, but its not something to use often..
it acts on opioid receptors in brain, as if it was opium.. they even use it to help junkies get off opium, then get off the kratom...
Kratom is/can be highly additive with opioid like withdrawls... I think you need to do more research on it man.. not something to mess with much..
I would rec Kava Kava, that is much much safer and you can use often. will help mood and sleep. also anxiety if you have those issues. I have and use this also, have done alot of research there aswell.
good luck
i think it would take more than an "occasional day off" to notice withdrawal symptoms. I have trouble believing that anything that effects the opioid receptors in such a way is not at all addictive. Try taking a week or two off.My research has shown that the powder leaf has non addictive behavior. The extract is where guys get in trouble bc it is pure alkaloids. I've been taking it for 2 years and will take occasional days off and never have any problems. I have a bit of agitation when taking tren, like everyone, but the kratom helps take the edge off. I do not drink so this is a great alternative and I feel social when I take it, yet also under control.

leaf DOES! its like saying drinking poppy tea wont get you hooked but huroin will.. BOTH HAVE THE SAME THING IN IT! yes extracts hit harder. but it is addictive.. it does act on same sites of brain in leaf or notMy research has shown that the powder leaf has non addictive behavior. I have done that too. It is not a true opiate.

I have only used leaf and can tell you after a few weeks on it and stopping it was noticeable withdrawal already..
take a couple weeks off it, or months.. it stays in system more than a day or two and I am warning you you could be going down a bad path.
I have about 5 differing strains of it tucked away and have tried them all along with research I have exp. I know enough to avoid it longterm..
believe what you want.. I highly rec looking to kava for an alternative to drinking or kratom. even that i dotn rec daily, but its safe in most settings, though idd take a week off her and there at the very least.
I had surgery a few months ago and took two weeks off with no issues. I would not be an advocate of it if I really believed it to be harmful.. It has helped me feel much more energetic and also more motivate, so I wanted to share my experience.
It's called the honeymoon period, the time when it seems all positive with no downsides. The same thing happens with opiates. It doesn't work that way forever.
So I've been taking off and on for a few years and I'm in the honeymoon phase? Whats wrong with something that's non addictive to use to elevate mood. So guys that take depression meds shouldn't? I've got a bud who's taken it off and on for ten years. He says he still loves it. He has a great business and is very successful. So you'd suggest he stop taking something that he feels is working well for him?
I'd suggest that taking an addictive opioid for regular mood enhancement is a bad idea. You're desensitizing the pleasure centers in your brain with years of chronic use. You're risking anhedonia that could last years or a lifetime.
I won't tell anyone what to do though. I took kratom and actual opiates for years before they caught up to me. Everyone's free to make their own choices in life.
I'm a recovering heroin addict.. And I guarantee you'll get dope sick from kratom... And it could quite easily progress into actual opiates.. Someone alrdy mentioned Vicodin..
I'd steer clear of anything that binds to opiate receptors for real... Opiate addiction is no joke.. If u feel it necessary to use a bunch of other drugs to counteract an effect of a drug ur taking you shouldn't be taking it...
That is exactly why I always preach how testosterone is a horrible steroid and should only be ran to replace natural test levels and supplement with other quality compounds for gains... But this is only utilized after knowing how ones body react to each compounds
i doubt you even understand what i meant..So you are on steroidology and that's your opinion. Alrighty then.
