Does it really take so long?

hey guys whats up im on my second cycle.
its 400mg/wk Equipoise and 600mg/wk Test. Enth. im in the middle of week 6 right now and i dont notice much in terms of size or strength gains. i would attribute the 5 pounds i gained (230-235) to water weight or at the very best from my good diet. im eating something about 200g carbs a day and aprox. 250-400g protein daily. i have been taking letrozole at 1.25 mg eod. a friend of mine told me i was killing my gains by taking the letro without needing it. guys id like some advice with whats going on with my gains. thanks guys!
 
yes im 100% sure its from a legit source and its a very well known canadian ug lab called PV-Labs.
 
you should definatly see something by now, also i have never heard of letro hindering gains but even if it does I wouldnt think it does it to that degree.
 
so what could it be? are my calories too low or something? i dont understand, i know the gear is real. i get a bit of "roid"rage i knowtice im more irritable and i have gotte na bit of acne. so i dunno wuts up
 
Training and diet probably

any strength gains? could just be that you lost fat and gained a little muscle, so your weight would be about the same
 
First of all I would say increase your carbs. Second of all is this your first time running an anti-aromatase during your cycle. The reason I ask is because the letro should keep the water off of you therefore that 5 lbs. could be LBM not water. Also as Slobberknocker added you may be losing some fat and have actually gained more than that.
 
its quite possible, i have noticed increased vascularity since the begining of the cycle, and yes its my first time using an anti-a, so the water should be off im not bloaty at all

Well then I would say you are doing pretty well. I just got off a decently heavy cycle and I only gained 8 lbs or so. I look 150% better though so I consider it a success even though I would like to be a lot bigger. Try upping the cals a bit and see what happens.
 
cool cool maybe my calories is the problem, because i am trying not to put on too much fat with my diet but i guess a tren prop cutting cycle later would take care of the extra fat tissue.
 
Yeah you would be amazed with tren. Even if your not doing a "cutting" cycle and eating everything in sight, you may still see a nice drop in fat. I know I do at least. If you're trying to put on size it always better to end up with a little more fat than you wanted rather than having less muscle than you wanted. Just don't go overboard and become a fat ass ya know.
 
the thing is i dont know if these results im getting are from the juice or from my high protein intake, or maybe both?
 
It's def both. However if you ar elosing fat and gaining weight at the same time you can be sure that's from the juice. Id your strength going up as well??? Also how many cycles have you done before this???
 
ive done test enth 500mg/wk before and it went well. my weight is fluxuating between 235 and 240, i knowtice much more vascularity on the cycle, yes my strength is going up, just wondering how long it takes i know im using slow acting ester compounds but still, i have also read in another post that some users didnt "feel jack" till week 7 on cyp/eq.

I have a desk job, a relatively slow metabolism, and I'm eating alot more than you. How much above maintenance are you? Good diet can mean alot of things, if there is no caloric increase there wont be much of any weight gain at all, good diet is entirely too broad.

I shoot for 5200 calories or greater, currently 251 pounds.
 
Mudge can u post/pm me an example of your diets breakdown?

bump for a bulking diet example ive read the posts in the diet cat but im just wondering on caloried breakdown theres so much different stuff being said
