it depends on your thyroid on how much you need to take to get in the normal range. When you only take 10 12 mcgs it actually doesnt slow your own thyroid. I have a prescription and its only 5mcgs daily, that how I get my cytomel. 50 75 mcgs would be to much for a female. That will slow your own thyroid down. Who told you that info anyway?Deadlift said:The average therapuetic dose of cytomel to get someone into the "normal" range is 50-75mcg's a day. 10mcg's will temporarily shit your natty production down so I would say either stop taking it or take a lot more.

I came in around 8-9% at my contests. The judges told me my conditioning was perfect at that BF%. But you are right. Anything below 10% causes the menstral cycle to be thrown off. Most competitors only stay that lean around contests. Not recommended to stay below 10% for more than a week or so.JohnnyB said:I say 11% is to low, women carry about 10% more fat then men naturally. If I remember right, the women in competitions are at 15% or so and they are ripped.
Whatever your b/f is, it's at a good %, I know there is a limit that once you get under that amount of b/f. Women start having female problems, they stop menstruating for one, that's not healthy.
