does workout time matters?

I'm on a 4-day split, and I workout Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri. Monday and Friday's I usually can't get into the gym any earlier than 7PM, and on Tuesdays and Thursday's I'll go in anytime from 10AM-3PM (Tue and Thur I'm pretty flexible). I would assume it's best to go earlier in the day but how much of a difference does it make? I have a higher percent body fat, so I usually do interval cardio afterwards for about 20 mins.
