my nutrionist says bcaas supps r bullshit and i belive him ive used them and they do nothing for me . The only supps that r worth 2 bob are whey shake, pre workout jacked ect ect and creatine . My postworkout is a bannana or bagel with 60g whey . I like doms to but it means i cant train that muscle for ages .
Supplementation-wise, take some Glutamine. I have a foam roller that I use a lot. When I get sore, roll the affected area nice and slow. It hurts like hell. Afterwards, get a nice slow stretch in. Works wonders.
