I'd be willing to bet that it came in a 1ml vial. You have not specified the volume of the vial yet however. If it did in fact come in a 1ml vial then you have 1000mcg/ml or 1mg/ml igf-1. Each i.u. will be 10mcg. An i.u. is 1/100 of a full cc. The fact that your syringe only shows 30 units is irrelevant. All that means is that it can only hold .3 cc instead of a 1 cc pin which would ave measurements up to 100 units. If you want to shoot 20mcg then draw the fluid up to the second line. I would have some bacteriostatic water on hand if you do not already. This way you can draw some of that up after you draw the igf-1 to minimize the amount lost during the injection. When you are talking about such small doses the amount sticking to the side of the syringe and the inside of the needle is somewhat significant. If you don't have it your not gonna die or anything, but when I spend that much money on such a small amount of product i would want o get the most out of it.
